Hands down best chinese in the area love it go there every week for my hard weeks work treat to myself wouldnt go anywhere else

The food here is very good. I love the buffet. It has fresh ingredients and is so fast. Less than 5 minutes from walking in the door and then eating. Would definitely recommend

Great, local Mongolian BBQ in Valley Springs. We don't live in the area any longer but we were there for a weekend visit with family and friends and took the opportunity to drop in for lunch. The food is fresh, the staff is excellent. You pick out what you want in your bowl and hand it over to the cooks who through it on the grill to cook then they hand you bowl of fresh cooked fresh food.

This place is OUTSTANDING and is the "FAVORITE" RESTAURANT of me AND my wife.!!!!! It's really up to YOU to make this place one of Your favorite restaurant's. You're the Executive Chef(you get to choose the contents of Your bowl(s). All the ingredients are fresh and have been prepared. Just load the bowl, pass it to the cook. Then watch him give it a couple of trips around the"Circular Grill", then fly it into your bowl. (Don't need to worry... the cook gets a clean bowl each serving)😋 Eat, Enjoy and Repeat as Needed!!!!! IT'S GREAT!!! 😋😁

It's very convenient to get the buffet, but one rarely goes up for seconds. It's also somewhat easy to mess up the buffet if you get carried away with the sauces; it's kind of a balance between adventure and restraint.

Mongolian grill in Valley Springs, ca. you pick your meats, vegetables, spices and sauces. hand it over to the chef and it us prepared over A large iron plate. served at your table with a cup of soup, and spring rolls. about 30$ for 2 people.

Good service, good food every time. Kinda cool how the chef "swoops" up your food off the grill with those sticks into your bowl, nails it each time too!

The only way to possibly give this place a review worthy of its deliciousness is to say, absolutely, unequivocally, ridiculously stupendous. Its so good that it easily makes my top 5. And such a great value for the money that it is seated firmly at number 2. I only wish it were closer to Jackson. Its kinda a little far out there. But nevertheless totally worth the drive.

Food was EXCELLENT!! It would be difficult to find a better Mongolian Bbq place. Service was very good, staff friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant! Your just cant gl wrong.

For a Mongolian BBQ their place is very clean, they have a great selection of meats in addition to sides and vegetables to choose from. Very attentive staff and good atmosphere.

All you can eat bowl you fill with choice of meats noodles sauces and vegetables then they cook it for you. Note dont over load your bowl, this way you can try different combinations.

Great food and staff drove an hour to try them out and was not disappointed. Will be going back again

Excellent food, friendly competent staff, reasonably priced. They have an all-you-can-eat option here, you get a bowl and put whatever noodles + meats and veggies in, add flavors and seasonings and the person at the grill fries it up for you. I'm not a big fan of asian food, but went with a friend for his birthday and it was pretty decent.

Great "build-your-own" noodle bar. Fun to select your own choice of meats and veggies then create your special sauce. It's cooked up for you while you watch. Can even go back for more. Lunch prices are very reasonable.

Fusion Grill is Delicious place to eat. Lunch or dinner it's great. I have been going here for years. Small groups or Large groups costumer service is good not excellent but not poor. Restrooms are always clean. Whether you get food off the menu or off the buffet it's fresh and tasty. My person prefer above all other food places in the area.

The Mongolian bbq was fantastic! Service was great too. When I mentioned it was my birthday she brought me a piece of cake to wash down the great dinner. I will be definitely be returning!

Hard to mess up a dinner when you pick what's in your bowl. Dinner was good but I've had people say it has messed up their stomach on more then one occasion. I'm good but have a rock gut

Diana Casillas is the best sever ever!!!

All you can eat was awesome and amazingly delicious but they watch you like a hawk. Like constantly staring, when your going through the line or even sitting at your table and aren't afraid to say something if they think your trying to take more than they think you should.

I have never ordered off the menu opting to enjoy the pleasing Mongolian BBQ bar. Lunch offers 3 types of shaved meat as well as a seasoned pork and chicken. Dinner adds shrimp and a sausage. There is three styles of noodles to choose from as well a a plethora of vegetables to add to your culinary creation. At the end there are the oils and sauces needed to cook and finish your meal. There are suggestions for the first timer and novice. Finally you hand you bowl to the cooks armed with large chopsticks they cook your food on a round iron flattop moving around the cooking surface with a grace that makes it seem easy as breath. Waitresses are friendly and cost is wallet friendly

The food here is great! The menu has so many great options, but we have onlt gone there for the all you can eat buffet. Service is very good and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.

I have probably eaten here 20 times. The Mongolian bbq is perfect. Veggies all fresh. The Mongolian beef is about the best I have had. Lunch specials, open 7 days.

Friendly staff and great Mongolian grilling. My kids ages 5 to 12 love to eat here when we visit their grandparent's ranch. Kid friendly and pricing varies by their age. They love to make their own noodle bowls.

Good food. Skip the meat that's so so and go for the fresh noodles and vegetables. Then try some of the great sauces like ginger or garlic. They even have chili oil. I am impressed.

Pick your own stir fry or order a plate! A lot of choices as you pick your own ingredients and they fry it for you. Decent price, too. If it was in SF, you'd be paying 3 times as much!

We love coming to The Fusion Grill. The Buffet is delicious and they will clean the grill on request for those of us vegans who want to avoid pieces of meat getting into our food. Lovely service, great food, warm atmosphere and free chocolate cake if celebrating a birthday...one large piece with forks for sharing. The drive from Lodi is definitely worth the trip.

Great places deserve great reviews... unfortunately this is nither. I asked my server for a to go container for the remainder of my meal and was told NO, "I'm only 17 and just an employee and not responsible for policy." this was the same minor that served me alcohol prior to that comment. Lousy service, mediocre food. Not recommended.
